We are seeking motivated sales representatives who can generate new customers using social media platforms and email outreach. Key Responsibilities
  • Promote our products and services through social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Conduct email outreach campaigns to introduce potential clients to our services
Preferred Skills
  • Experience using social media for networking or marketing
  • Comfortable with email communication and follow-ups
  • Self-motivated and goal oriented
  • Basic understanding of BMS “Business Management System” with CRM “Customer Relation Management “systems is helpful

Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a customer-focused professional to help support our clients and ensure a smooth experience with our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone
  • Assist customers with BMS “Business Management System” with CRM “Customer Relation Management” product questions and account support.
  • Fulfill client request of training, data import or export, template modification etc.
  • Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate technical concerns when needed
  • Maintain records of customer interactions
  • Provide a friendly and professional customer experience
